Pamela G. Combinido is Researcher based in De La Salle University under the Newton Tech4Dev Network. She graduated BA Sociology in University of the Philippines Diliman (magna cum laude) in 2015. She previously worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer of programs related to strengthening community resilience and advocacies on children rights in an international nongovernment organization.

She is the co-author of the DFID-funded project, “Obliged to Be Grateful: How Communities Experienced Humanitarian Actors in the Haiyan Response”, a research report that examines Typhoon Haiyan accountability initiatives of international agencies. She also served as an intern of the Philippine Sociological Society.
